What if my order has a pre-order item?
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be sent once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items straight away, we suggest placing a seperate order.
When will I get my order?
We are a small but mighty team and will work as fast as possible to get your order out! We have express and priority shipping options if you want to skip the queue! Please allow up to 7 working days for orders to be dispatched. Please note, orders with pre-order items will be held until all items are in stock.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to orders or cancel orders during the sale period due to the packing process and volume of sales. If you need to change your shipping address, please download the Australia Post app to make this change.
Can I return my order?
Orders placed during our Birthday Sale period are not eligible for a refund so please choose carefully. Items cannot be exchanged, however they can be returned for a store credit, minus a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from the credit amount. Please refer to our full returns policy for more details.
I made a purchase before the sale started, can I have a refund?
No, unfortunately we can't apply the sale offer retrospectively.
