When will I get my order?
In peak time, orders may take up to two weeks to dispatch. We are a small but mighty team and will work as fast as possible to get your order out! We have express and priority shipping options if you want to skip the queue!
Please remember if you have ordered a pre-order item, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock items, please place separate orders.
Can I return my order?
Orders placed during our Mid Year Sale period will be eligible for a store credit only. Please choose carefully. Please refer to our full returns policy for more details.
How do I get free gifts?
If you have prepared your cart ahead of the sale, please ensure you refresh or update your cart to ensure the promos and free gifts appear before checking out. Unfortunately we won’t be able to send these out separately, so please check!
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately once your order is with our fulfilment team we are unable to make any changes. However if you do have any change requests, please email hello@mulberrythreads.com and our team will do their best to assist.
I made a purchase before the sale started, can I have a refund?
No, unfortunately we can't apply the sale retrospectively. Remember, items sell out fast so there is no guarantee the items you have ordered are still available.
When will my pre-order items arrive?
Please check the individual dispatch date for any pre-order items. Please ensure you place separate orders if you would like in-stock items sent straight away.
