Please note: Orders placed during sale periods may take up to two weeks to dispatch due to high volume of orders.

Australia

Orders over $200 receive Free Standard Shipping

$10 for AU Flat Rate Shipping (under $200)
$15 for AU Express Shipping
$30 Priority Shipping (Your order will jump the queue and be sent with express shipping)

Regular shipping to any destination in Australia will take approximately 3-10 working days, particularly in remote locations.

Express shipping will take 1-3 working days. Please note these times are for shipping only and do not include order processing and dispatch time. Our priority dispatch service includes Express Shipping and means that the dispatch of your order will be prioritised.

Shipping times may be delayed during peak periods due to high volumes. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Perth, Australia. 

New Zealand

Orders over $200 NZD receive Free International Express Shipping (2-5 business days)

$10 for International Express Shipping (under $200)
$30 Priority Shipping (Your order will jump the queue and be sent with express international shipping)

Singapore

$10 for International Express Shipping (2-5 business days)

Local pickup

We offer free local pickup from our Myaree, Western Australia warehouse during the following days/hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm

You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. 

Shipping protection

Shipping insurance is available at a flat rate of $3.99 to cover your parcel if it is lost or damaged in transit. Shipping protection is available on all physical orders. This covers the package for damage or loss while in transit. Please note, this does not cover items once they have been marked as delivered by courier. If you have not purchased shipping protection, your order will not be covered.
