What's on sale?
Selected styles are included in the sale with prices as marked from the 4th August 2026 at 12pm AEDT.
When will I get my order?
In peak time, orders may take up to two weeks to dispatch. We are a small but mighty team and will work as fast as possible to get your order out! We have express and priority shipping options if you want to skip the queue!
Please remember if you have ordered a pre-order item, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock. If you would like to receive the in-stock items, please place separate orders.
Can I return my order?
Items less than 35% off can be returned for a store credit only. Items discounted by 35% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully. Refer to our full returns policy for more details.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately once your order is with our fulfilment team we are unable to make any changes. However if you do have any change requests, please email hello@mulberrythreads.com and our team will do their best to assist.
I made a purchase before the sale started, can I have a refund?
No, unfortunately we can't apply the sale retrospectively. Remember, items sell out fast so there is no guarantee the items you have ordered are still available.
