ORDER POLICY

An electronic receipt or other form of order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. Mulberry Threads Co. reserves the right at any time after your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Mulberry Threads Co. reserves the right without any prior notice to the customer to provide a quantity less than the quantity ordered of an item. Any order placed will need an acceptable method of payment and we may require additional information for verification before accepting any order.

By ordering or registering your details on Mulberry Threads Co. you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and send you emails regarding your transaction, shipping or product reviews. We may also contact you regarding offers and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribing link or contacting us at info@mulberrythreadsco.com.au.

If you have purchased something full price and find that it is on sale, we will accept price adjustments for store credit only within 24 hours of a newly discounted price. We do not offer price adjustments to purchases made prior to or after sales events. Sale items are while supplies last. Once the item is back in stock, the sale discount will not apply. 

LIABILITY

Mulberry Threads Co. does not accept liability for damages caused by this website. Mulberry Threads Co. reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. When an order is cancelled we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to us. Any monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.

In the event of an incorrect price listed due to a typographical or other error, Mulberry Threads Co. have the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for the product listed incorrectly whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, Mulberry Threads Co. will credit this amount back to your credit card.
