As our bamboo is a natural fabric and not treated with any harmful chemicals, it may experience slight pilling during initial use in response to friction, however this is removed or reduced through the washing and drying process. Please note, pilling is not considered a fault.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order arrival date. Items that have not been opened, washed or used are eligible for a full refund. Unused bedding that has been removed from packaging is eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please note, items purchased during a sale period will be eligible for a store credit only. Terrible customer service

I hate giving bad reviews but am so disappointed by the patronising customer service I received from Mulberry Threads. I ordered 2 x sheet sets in midnight specifically wanting navy blue sheets. When they arrived, the sheets were charcoal grey and called “dark grey”. I contacted the company to let them know of the mixup, and they said dark grey had been recently re-named to midnight so they had sent me the right ones. I told them I didn’t care about the name, it was the colour I was unhappy with and attached a photo from the website where grey was an entirely separate option from the blue coloured midnight sheets I ordered. They wrote me back and said that it must just look like the wrong colour on my screen… no refund option even though they have a money back guarantee. My rating reflects the attitude and disappointing response from the customer service member.
I have given them 2 stars because the sheets actually feel nice - but I am now stuck with two sheet sets that cost hundreds of dollars that I am completely dissatisfied by.
