When will I get my order?
This is our busiest time of year and orders may take up to two weeks to dispatch. We are a small but mighty team and will work as fast as possible to get your order out! We have express and priority shipping options if you want to skip the queue!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to orders or cancel order during the sale period due to the packing process and volume of sales.
Can I return my order?
Orders placed during our Black Friday Sale period are not eligible for a refund so please choose carefully. Items cannot be exchanged, however they can be returned for a store credit, minus a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from the credit amount. Please refer to our full returns policy for more details.
I made a purchase before the sale started, can I have a refund?
No, unfortunately we can't apply the sale offer retrospectively.
