Mulberry Threads reserves the right without any prior notice to the customer to provide a quantity less than the quantity ordered of an item. Any order placed will need an acceptable method of payment and we may require additional information for verification before accepting any order.

In the event of an incorrect price listed due to a typographical or other error, Mulberry Threads have the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for the product listed incorrectly whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, Mulberry Threads will credit this amount back to your credit card.
Competitions
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from one email address, or variations of that address will not be eligible. Spam and bot entries will not be eligible. The prize for any competition winner will not be valid if these terms are not adhered to.
