I ordered over $500 worth of products and when the sheets arrived the flat sheet had a rip in it right where it folds over at the top. When I sent an email advising them this was the case, they only offered me 50% refund of the fault sheet? Not good enough. You should be completely replacing it for free and if it isn’t in stock refunding me the whole amount not 50% of the price. Very disappointing.

I've had bamboo sheets in the past and had forgotten how beautiful and luxurious they feel. I love the feel of them as you slip into bed, you know you're in for a good night sleep. The range of colours are also great.

I so badly want to love these sheets, they’re so buttery soft like nothing I’ve ever slept on! But they don’t stay on the mattress, the fitted sheet slips off the mattress every night without fail!

Love the soft feel of the sheets and the latte grid pattern is beautiful and warms up the room. I wish the pattern was printed on both sides of the flat sheet. I put the sheets on before receiving the email recommending to wash them before use for them to shrink down to size. They are too big and will hopefully fit better after the first wash. It would be nicer if they came pre-washed for sizing. I would recommend them, especially for the beautiful but minimalistic pattern.

When I tell you these are the softest, silkiest, yet breathable sheets of all time, I am truly not kidding exaggerating. So glad I took the plunge & invested as these are heavenly. And I am now an unofficial Mulberry Threads influencer, telling every person in my life to buy them. On a practical level too, I love how they are slightly oversized so I’m not battling to pull the fitted sheet over each corner - this is a great feature. Guaranteed zero regrets purchasing these glorious sheets.

Love these sheets. They are over sized so wash them first as suggested and they shrink a little. They are cool and silky to touch. My only disappointment was the plastic press studs to fasten. I would have hoped for buttons or a zipper on such an expensive product.

Quilt cover is far to oversized, very disappointing with the price range and not being able to use the product due to my quilt moving inside the cover due to it at least 8-10cm bigger than a standard super long cover. Would not recommend or repurchase

Quality is good, however pillowcases and fitted sheet are far too big. I have a deep mattress and the fitted sheet still does not fit nicely. Untucked during the night which is very uncomfortable. Quilt cover is way to big so a four hundred dollar order that I can’t use !
